I'm Christina Santos

And I work with small, medium, and growing nonprofits to communicate with stakeholders, measure your success, and manage those projects you keep moving from one week’s to-do list to the next!

Christina Santos

I partner with senior nonprofit leaders to create compelling success stories to share with your supporters; overhaul your evaluation systems so you can satisfy major funders; and take the lead on special projects that you just don’t have the budget to staff with a full-time person.

With a “whatever it takes” approach and a “bring it on” attitude, I collaborate with you, your staff and your Board to streamline systems, create communications strategies, and complete those projects that just keep getting pushed down your list of priorities.

With more than 20 years’ experience at nationally recognized nonprofit-organizations and grant-funded programs, first as program staff and later as a senior administrator, my work is driven by MISSION.

When I work with you, your mission becomes my mission.

As the first person in my family to graduate from college (and later to earn a master’s degree), access to opportunity and equity in our society are my core values. I spent more than 15 years working full time at organizations serving low-income populations, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, and those historically marginalized by American society. Since 2020, I’ve supported nonprofit organizations working in education, food instability, and the arts.

The communities served by our organizations deserve excellence and respect. My work reflects those beliefs.

My work is characterized by incredibly high standards, impeccable attention to detail, and the kind of direct communication that comes naturally to a woman born and raised in Philly.

Bottom line: I get things done so that we can make our communities just a little bit better each day.

And I know you could use a partner like that.
